May 1st, 2020:
Clean up complete at our Downtown location! Old fences gone, trees removed and wood chips down. We are ready to begin construction!
May 27th, 2020:
Excavation has begun at the Downtown location!
May 30th, 2020:
Excavation is complete and footings are in!
June 6th, 2020:
Special delivery at the Downtown site today… Foundation walls will begin this week!
June 8th, 2020:
Foundation wall forms are up and concrete is poured!
June 9th, 2020:
We have foundation walls!! Next up: back fill and waterlines

Fence posts are in! We love how the black steel posts turned out! At this location, there was a previously existing home at the front of the property and the tiny house is being built at the back! By adding a fence in the middle, we will be creating a private green space for both homes!

Top soil down and all the sod is laid! One more days work and the fence will be all done too! What a difference grass can make.

And that’s a wrap on the fence! We love how it turned out! Once the two gates are installed, this yard will be fully enclosed making it perfect for the family to enjoy.
