Site and shop visits for our next build, Project B2! For this build, we are tearing down an existing garage and replacing it with a 2 bedroom ADU!

 

 

December 1st, 2022

Project B2 Updates: The existing garage has been torn down and all underground plumbing is in!

 

December 5th, 2022

The two halves for Project B2 are all finished up in the shop! Next up: foundation install!

December 11th, 2022

Foundation screw piles are in at Project B2!

February 7th, 2023

Project B2 updates! Siding is complete -Front and back porches are built -Electrical/ plumbing completed -Insulation completed. For this build, our clients changed up the design slightly by adding a second door out the back!

 

 

 

March 10th, 2023

Drywall is hung and the first coat of mud/ tape is on at Project B2! Next week the guys will work on getting the flooring and kitchen installed!

March 14th, 2023

Flooring and cabinets are in at Project B2! We’re loving the custom cabinet colour our client chose!

March 18th, 2023

Trim and door delivery day! Kitchen has toe kick and cabinet crown moulding installed, microwave is in and trim work has started in the bathroom!

March 25th, 2023

Home stretch at Project B2! Fence and gates were installed this week – Eavestroughs are up – Interior doors and trim are in – All countertops are installed !
