Our next build is Project A2, consisting of two- 2 bedroom units stacked with a 1- bedroom ADU in behind. The lower unit is currently all framed up in the shop!

Project A2 updates! Both foundations are in – Framing has begun for the rear ADU – The primary houses’ roof has been built! Next up: continue framing the ADU & delivery of the primary houses’ pieces!

     

May 4th, 2023

Day 1 of crane in day at Project A2 complete! The lower two bedroom unit was craned into place today! Next up: move the second story floor in place and crane in the upper unit!

Project A2 crane day #2! The two story primary house composed of two, 2- bedroom units stacked is now complete! Now onto the interior!

Exterior updates at Project A2! The primary house has the roof on and the decks/ stairs are being added! The ADU is framed and exterior insulation is going up!
